CFO4U founder, Stephen Gleeson is a CPA with over 25 years financial and business management experience. With decades of specialisation in SME's (small to medium enterprises) and with experience in Hospitality and Tourism. Stephen understands how to manage growth to create a sustainable business.
Stephen's significant career highlights include having international Chief Financial Officer experience in U.S.A. and Indonesia. He has successfully relocated the finance and administration function of a company from Australia to U.S.A. whose turnover was growing by 600% at the same time . He was Chief Financial Officer for a company whose enterprise value increased by 200% in a 3 year time frame which supported a partial trade sale to private equity. He conducted Investor Roadshows and raised funds on the Australian Stock Exchange, successfully conducted due diligence and transacted several acquisitions, and obtained a Commercialisation Australia Grant for Innovation.
